"Ninety percent of our clients are from out of town, and when they are here staying at a condo, they can come here to do business," said Daily, who owns the agency that has 40-plus agents. With the smell of fresh-brewed coffee and just-baked chocolate chip cookies, the cozy café features comfortable furniture, several laptops and a large flat-screen turned to the latest business news channel. "It's turned out to be awesome," Daily said of the café that opened six weeks ago. "It's truly a social spot for the office and clients. Some days you can come out here and all the tables and seats are full."
