Kim Tatum Kelly is a native daughter of the Gulf Coast. Her father, a marine biologist,

instilled a great appreciation of our unique wildlife here in Baldwin county, and her

mother was an area Realtor for over 20 years. So it was a natural for Kim to become a

local realtor, loving our coastal home and all the treasures it holds.

As a realtor, Kim believes you "take care of people and the rest will take care of itself. I

work totally by referral. I want to do such an amazing job taking care of your needs that

you will refer me to all your friends. This has worked for me for 17 years. The best

compliment you can give me is to refer your friends and family and I don’t take it lightly”

Kim feels is very important to be grounded in this area’s history but also to stay current

in all of the technology and area changes. That means staying on top of planned

development that affect the area and Real Estate, ongoing educational training, and

involvement in national and local realtor organizations

Kim has been very involved in local festivals, Kiwanis and Rotary club, and also in

Leading Music for community worship services here on the Beach. Raised in a musical

family, performing in the community has always been a part of her life.
